TERMS OF SERVICE – PRINT SALES - Delivery & refunds
1. Overview
These Terms of Service apply to all print sales made through Lynn Keddie Art via this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Printing and Fulfilment
All fine art prints are produced and shipped by The Print Space, the UK’s first 100% end-to-end carbon-neutral fine art and photographic printer.
Prints are made to order on Giclée Hahnemühle German Etching paper and may be supplied framed or unframed, as specified at purchase.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order. Prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery

UK orders: usually delivered within 3–7 working days.

USA orders: usually delivered within 7–14 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and customs clearance.
Currently, we only deliver to the UK and USA.
5. Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
6. Copyright
All artwork remains the copyright of Lynn Keddie. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY – PRINT SALES
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of receipt.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. Change of Mind
Because prints are made to order, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for change of mind once production or dispatch has started.
3. Framed Prints
Framed prints are checked before dispatch. Minor variations in frame colour or finish are not considered faults.
4. Lost Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please get in touch so I can investigate and resolve the issue.
5. Contact for Returns
Please email lynn@lynnkeddie.com with your order details before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
