Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Lynn Keddie.

By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products and Availability

I sell:

• Original paintings and artwork

• Limited edition and open edition fine art prints (fulfilled via The Print Space)

• Books (available through Amazon)

Every effort is made to ensure that descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and availability may change without notice.

3. Ordering and Payments

Orders can be placed directly through this website or through trusted partners such as  Amazon.

• Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or the relevant third-party provider.

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may include or exclude VAT depending on the item.

• International customers (including USA) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

4. Delivery

• Prints are produced and shipped by The Print Space using professional carbon neutral packaging and tracked delivery.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically:

  • UK orders: 3–7 working days

  • International orders: 7–14 working days

• Books purchased via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own delivery terms.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it has been dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

I want you to be delighted with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at Lynn@lynnkeddie.com with your order details and photos of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Because prints and books are made or shipped to order, I cannot accept returns for change of mind once printing or dispatch has begun, unless the item is faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Lynn Keddie and are protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. Purchasing artwork or prints does not transfer copyright — it grants you ownership of the physical piece only.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters. Any personal data you share with me is handled according to my Privacy Policy 

I only use your information to process orders, respond to enquiries, and send newsletters if you’ve opted in.

8. Links to Other Websites

This website may contain links to other platforms, such as Amazon, The Print Space, Instagram, or YouTube. I’m not responsible for the content or policies of those third-party sites.

9. Liability

I take great care to ensure your artwork and prints reach you safely. However, I’m not liable for delays or issues beyond my control (for example, postal strikes, customs delays, or courier disruptions).

My total liability for any claim relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
