Prints are produced and shipped by The Print Space using professional carbon neutral packaging and tracked delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically:

UK orders: 3–7 working days

Books purchased via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own delivery terms.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
We take great care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition. If your print is damaged during shipping, please follow these simple steps:

Contact us immediately

Email us at Lynn@lynnkeddie.com with photos of the damaged print and packaging.

Verification & replacement

We’ll review your photos and submit a claim to our print partner, The Print Space.

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement print or refund as quickly as possible.

Timing

Replacement prints are usually shipped within our standard handling and delivery times (3–5 working days handling + shipping).

Because prints and books are made or shipped to order, I cannot accept returns for change of mind once printing or dispatch has begun. If your book is faulty please contact Amazon directly.
